Our standard cutting board is 9 X 12 inches. They are made from maple wood, with cherry or walnut accents. They are meant to be used. We encourage people to display one side and use the other. They are glued together with a glue that has been tested food safe and finished with food grade mineral oil and natural bees wax. Each Cutting board is individually crafted and may differ ever so slightly in size.
